For our Business Unit Healthcare Systems & Technologies (HST), we are currently seeking an

Indirect Sales Manager (f/m/d) DACH

based in Germany or Austria.

The Indirect Sales Manager (f/m/d) HST is responsible for managing and developing distributor relationships to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the DACH region. This role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, supervising market trends, and ensuring distributors are aligned with company goals and standards.

Your Role:

  • Establish and sustain lasting relationships with distributors in the Baxter DACH HST Environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all distributors at HST DACH
  • Organize training and support to distributors to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the Baxters HST products
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials
  • Set sales targets and supervise distributor performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with distributors and provide feedback and action plans
  • Evaluate potential new markets and develop entry strategies
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to distributors
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and performance standards

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Indirect Sales Manager, Distributor Manager or in a similar role, preferably in MedTech segment
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to travel as needed
