As a Group Leader Gamma at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. Your work will directly impact the lives of millions of patients around the world, as the products you help make are used in hospitals, clinics, and homes globally.

In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing daily activities in the manufacturing area. Your attention to detail and adherence to current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines will ensure that manufacturing goals and project deadlines are met flawlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting in implementing and coordinating daily manufacturing activities to meet goals and deadlines
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying and supporting VIP projects
  • Troubleshooting equipment problems and ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures
  • Collaborating on quality issue investigations and solutions
  • Assigning employees to specific jobs and monitoring performance
  • Conducting periodic meetings with employees
  • Tracking completion of ACE's Check-Ins with all line/area employees

What You'll Bring

  • Associate Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Technology with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing processes, preferably in pharmaceutical/solutions filling manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
