Total management of wholesalers to increase topline sales and improve profitability, regardless business segments. To utilize wholesaler’s functionalities and performance, taking the lead to collaborate with strategic wholesalers/distributors as business partner. And supporting each sales team (Pharma/AS/HST) activities in terms of wholesaler relationship. Also need to care about commercial contract management and due diligence process.

1. Lead and manage to interact with Wholesalers and Distributors
- To keep good relationships, conducting periodical meeting with major wholesalers and reporting transactional data as needed.
- Plan the local strategies to improve topline sales with each sales team.
- Control all business partner (130 wholesalers) as contact person.
- Analyzing sales data to support proper profit structure.
- Allowance payment control such as Information fee, Dealer incentive program, etc…

2. Manage information release and collection
- Release appropriate information to Wholesalers and Distributors.
- Collecting wholesaler’s information and distributing it to relevant functions in Baxter.

3. Commercial contract related tasks
- Monitoring each contract status and responding inquiries from wholesalers.
- Manage the total contract process. (eRCA, Electric sign)

4. Manage compliance related tasks
- Distributor account management on Securimate with global compliance team.
- Audit related tasks. Based on Global/Local Audit requirements, carrying out remedial action.

5. Streamline for internal process and commercial activities
- Improve EDI connective rate with wholesalers on order entry and sales data collection.
- Efficiencies for internal procedure such as approval flow, discount process, etc…
- Reduce and consolidate the number of wholesalers.
