Technical Service Supervisor CEE&I

Location: Poland

What you'll be doing?

Field service responsibilities.

  • Customer-facing and technical service point of contact for Baxter’s sales and marketing functions.
  • Handling product technical evaluations, testing and commissioning for new sales and turnkey projects.
  • Driving service sales opportunities and contributing to Technical who for achieving country service revenue plans.
  • You will supervise training and compliance.
  • Handling remote or onsite troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Supporting installations of PSS products.
  • Coordinate with internal functions for spare parts ordering and reporting stocks consumptions.
  • Taking the responsibility of managing installation, and reporting all repair jobs and maintenance events according to Baxter’s customer
  • Coordinating with Baxter local partner for logistical arrangements of parts and demo products stocking and deliveries.

Team Leader

  • Customer-facing lead, working in the field and supervising the service team, a point of contact for Baxter’s sales and marketing functions.

Administrative task:

  • Reviewing technical submittals for new sale of products, parts, contracts, or any shape of agreements that requires delivering services and technical assistance.
  • Capturing statistics and information about local spare parts tenders and being responsible of achieving annual service revenue plans.
  • Local technical mentor for new hires.
