Summary:
As a Senior Analyst IT in Regional MES area, the position will be able to support the manufacturing area in Analysis, Design, Technology recommendation, Development, Testing & Implementation, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement of computer systems and databases within the MES domain area & systems integration landscape.
Able to reach effectiveness in understanding requirements and building a functional design, conduct development, support, and update the systems through change control, procedures, training, and coordination with suppliers & stakeholders. Applying blueprints, standards & simplification is a must to ensure best solutions are in place to serve Operations & ultimately our customers.
Able to create deliverables for managing the organization's portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions — including systems (applications, processes, and information) and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own medium/Large size projects, prove strong technical knowledge, handle complex problems, own strong process knowledge & development skills & validation lifecycle knowledge.
Responsible for translating business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business goals. Able to develop, adopt, or adapt technological solutions.
Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information).
Create detailed written technical specifications. Lead the proposal, analysis and detailed design activities on cornerstone/enterprise or large projects in line with the strategy\priorities established at corporate level.
Provide expert subject matter expertise on the design, development, and support aspects of MES domain area & system integrations by Identifying, evaluating, develop and/or redesign systems functionalities and procedures to meet user requirements on large initiatives.
Provide extensive knowledge of application development best practice and processes together with strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
Analyze complex functional specifications & aim for simplifying problems\tasks\support within the global MES domain area.
Act as the primary contact (application leader) for MES & other IT-Manufacturing systems: aid in optimizing software and hardware resources. Identify, evaluate, raise, and control any critical risks in the IT area.
Ensure the stability and reliability of systems, leading changes, or adjustments, along with user training. Obtain managerial approvals and comply with applicable procedures.
Provide effective user support, responding promptly to their requests and aligned with the support model adopted by the Company.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with information models and Healthcare industry data standards such as automation and agile architecture
Experience in gathering input from and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders across businesses
Ability to get Functional understanding: mapping Process flows & design the specifications to meet the business requirements.
Ability to analyze production and administrative processes, prioritize work and deliverables to align with the business continuity, goals, and strategy
Demonstrated ability to build and translate Functional specifications into actionable deliverables.
Ability to work in a team setting, with a focus on details and quality, working by time constraints and according to plan.
Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive architecture approaches for strategic efforts. Technical depth in customer facing systems from an application, infrastructure, operations, scalability, availability, performance, people, process, and tooling perspective.
Ability to understand emerging technology trends and disruptions to enable new and evolving business operating models.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes. Value mistakes and move forward.
Ability to work closely with the management, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technology Delivery Managers to ensure robust architectural runway to develop and support the solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders
Ability to partner with Enterprise Architects to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering,or relevant discipline
4+ years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization including design, coding and implementation of systems is a plus
Database skills on DB2; SQL & Oracle
Coding skills on Dot NET; Visual C; HTML; Java will be a plus.
Reporting skills: Crystal Report System
OS: Windows Server domain & RDS (Remote Desktop Services): Citrix System & Azure VDI
Validation lifecycle & Data Integrity principles knowledge
English language proficiency (at least 80%) & Spanish
