The Data Analyst within the Fulfillment Advanced Analytics COE team will be responsible for data analysis across all businesses at the regional and global level with a focus on EMEA, developing targeting metrics, and utilization dashboards and models that provide insight, driving awareness and support fulfillment teams through fulfillment KPI tracking, customer experience metrics and strategic network design.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and improve SC performance.

  • Build and update dashboards to support visualization and analysis of supply chain optimization outputs.

  • Build and validate network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions.

  • Responsible for the design and development of global supply chain key indicators and Dashboards with an emphasis on automation with minimal manual processing.

  • Proactively provides insight and solutions from the data and analyzes trends to support regional/strategic decision-making and assist in the management of strategic goals at multiple geographic levels.

  • Apply advanced statistical analytics and predictive models to build and validate SC network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in the analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific SC challenges.


What are we looking for?

  • Expertise and passion to work with data management, data manipulation and analysis

  • Ability to apply statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets. 

  • Good experience with data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI.  

  • Good experience with tools such as Python, R, and SQL.

  • A good understanding of ERP systems is required. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to connect with all levels of management and employees within the company. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Proficiency in English

  • Teammate mentality

  • Professional with the capacity to lead and contribute to cross-function initiatives. 

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good planning and project management skills. 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science degree, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Good knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL tools

  • Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Tableau Desktop and Server, Power BI.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, TMS, WMS, Snowflake is helpful.

  • Ability and desire to learn new technical tools and software available at Baxter.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills is required.
