Our growing company is looking for a Spec, Commercial Analytics, who helps in providing administrative support to the sales teams prior to the processing of customer orders. They look at a variety of factors, including supply and demand, pricing trends, competition, to determine how well different businesses are performing in their respective markets.

What will you be doing?

• Order processing and clarification of finished product orders. Provide sales support and advice to customers for all requests upstream of the order to ensure their satisfaction.

• Ensuring the monitoring, response and follow-up of calls for tenders and contracts related to the company's activity, support of the sales department in referencing with central purchasing agencies.

• Identifying new business opportunities by researching industry trends and identifying new technologies or methods of doing business that could be applied to existing products.

Who are we looking for?

• Identify customer lending/credit needs and refer these clients to the appropriate sales area.

• Consistently meet/exceed client expectations.

• Knowledge of automotive operating systems including point of sale and asset.

• knowledge of Letter of Credit/ INCOTERMs.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, or Economics or a similar field.

• Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent level of English and French.
