Essential Duties

and

Responsibilities:

To ensure tactical activities at the manufacturing plants are executed to meet expectations and goals in term of 100% service level.

Liaise with Network Planner, leverage Master production schedule and Sub-assembly plan

Execute FGs daily Load building to optimize containers /shipment loading; monitor forecast and ensure products are shipped on time.

To work with production supervisors, follow up on production schedule completion date; plan and execute Daily Line Load for Production Sub-Assy

Generate production Material Requirement Plan to ensure  raw material in place for production.

To faciliate Plant Monthly Raw Material and Year-end inventory cycle count

To work with engineer on projects related to component change and new products

Play an active role in the Annual Budget and Forecast Process

Plan and purchase material at optimal level:

To plan and purchase raw materials as per MPS/ Intercompany requirement.

To work with Suppliers on purchase of materials availability,  expedition of material and ensure minimal production line stoppages.

Manage Last time/Life buy material and Supplier Notice of Change process.

Maintain accurate update of JDE purchase price, leadtime and other important data to ensure system data accuracy at all times

To liaise with external customers on their Purchase Orders and queries.

To liaise with Warehouse personal and IQA on timely material release schedule.

Maximum productivity: Be an active innovator and change agent. Identify and execute process continuous improvement.

Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

Qualifications/ Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• Degree with min 3 year / Diploma with min 5 years Planning, MRP & Purchasing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience with factory information database (eg. Rapid Response, JDE etc.)
