Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Tu rol en Baxter

Asegurar la generación de la demanda del negocio asignado, considerando las oportunidades y necesidades específicas de los clientes públicos y privados, garantizando así el logro de objetivos de venta, teniendo en cuenta como pilar fundamental de su gestión la implementación de campañas promocionales generadas por mercadeo.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

  • Coordinar con la gerencia de ventas el desarrollo y la implementación de planes de venta y/o promoción según corresponda.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia para elevar la penetración en el mercado de líneas de productos identificadas, logrando objetivos de venta y targets financieros.
  • Dar soporte clínico a clientes internos y externos.
  • Analizar la tendencia de ventas e interpretar los datos para desarrollar estrategias para el equipo de ventas.
  • Coordinar programas con grupos externos, tales como entrenamientos de ventas y marketing para aumentar el conocimiento del producto y la industria.
  • Interactuar con gerentes/supervisores/asistentes con el objetivo de avanzar y obtener los resultados de su equipo y la unidad de negocio y/o producto asignado.
  • Participar y ayudar a ejecutar las giras al interior del país de acuerdo  a los requerimientos de ventas y marketing.
  • Proporcionar la experiencia clínica educativa y de consultoría de desarrollo de líneas de productos, junto con la prestación de apoyo clínico relacionado con las ventas a los Representantes de Ventas y Gerentes.
  • Proporcionar formación sobre productos específicos para representantes de ventas, tanto durante los procesos de formación inicial y permanente.
  • Proporciona soporte para las implementaciones de programas y su utilización conforme a lo solicitado.
  • Contactar a potenciales clientes, ofrecerles presentaciones de ventas efectivas.
  • Promover la cultura Baxter a través de actividades y relaciones.
