Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as FA (Field Actions) Gatekeeper in EMEA

• Manages the execution and closure of an FA in the EMEA region

• Participates in the FA Strategy Team, if EMEA region is impacted

• Provides input to FA plan if FA impacts EMEA region

• Approves FA plan for EMEA region in case of correction

• Notifies FA owner when planned target dates at regional or country level are at risk and/or when deviations occur.

• Completes FA execution for EMEA region, if EMEA region impacted

• Ensures regional Regulatory Affairs is notified of the FA

• Updates FAS as regional FA execution activities are completed

• Participates in external and internal audits as a SME for Field Actions in EMEA Region

• Work with Global and supporting functions to make improvments to the FA process and QA Systems. Ensure consistency in the development of the process, both globally and regionally.

• Coordinates and a provide responses to requests of the Ministries of Health regarding FAs

• Communicate with the Notified Bodies regarding FA

Qualifications

• Computer skills: Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in English at all levels (writing/reading or speaking)

Education and/or Experience

• Preferred Bachelor level degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar function

• Able to work in an environment that is highly regulated by procedures and quality system.

• Good team-player but able to organize their own work with autonomy.

• Good interpersonal/communication.

• Critical thinking

• Proven Project Management skills
