Zur Unterstützung unserer Außendienstaktivitäten und Servicecenter in der DACH-Region suchen wir Sie als Qualitätsingenieur (w/m/d) im Bereich Technischer Service unseren Standort in Saalfeld/Thüringen in Vollzeit. In dieser Rolle wirken Sie aktiv an der Gestaltung, Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung von Qualitätsprozessen mit.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen im Front- und Backoffice, sowie im Außendienst und in den Service Centern
- Sicherstellung, dass die Prozesse und Verfahren im Global Service den behördlichen Anforderungen, dem Qualitätshandbuch des Unternehmens sowie den Anforderungen der ISO 9001 und ISO 13485 entsprechen
- Aufrechterhaltung enger Beziehungen zum Global Services Team, zum Quality Technical Service Team in EMEA
- Verantwortung für Dokumentation, Schulungen, interne und externe Audits, CAPA und Nichtkonformitäten, Einhaltung von Post-Marketing-Surveillance-Aktivitäten, Lieferantenqualifizierung, Validierungsprozesse, Änderungskontrollprozesse und Risikobewertungen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsabläufen vor Ort und in den Servicezentren in Bezug auf Gerätefreigaben, Kennzeichnung, Lagerbereiche, Kalibrierung, Dekontamination, Gerätevalidierung, Reparatur, Instandhaltung und Ersatzteilmanagement
- Überwachung und Festlegung von Qualitäts-KPIs und Einleitung von Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung und Leitung von lokalen, europäischen und globalen Projekten und Initiativen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Biomedizin, Elektrotechnik/Elektronik oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in einem technischen/technologischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines Medizinprodukteunternehmens oder Erfahrung im technischen Service, der Produktion oder im R&D Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von Qualitätssystemen und Qualitätssicherung im Betrieb und im technischen Service
- Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001 und ISO 13485
- Fähigkeit, verschiedene Aufgaben in einem internationalen Umfeld zu bewältigen sowie technische Systeme zu verstehen und Fehler zu beheben
- Affinität zu IT-Systemen und gute Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS-Excel
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
