Therefore we are looking for a (Senior) Specialist in Incentives & Analytics Southern Europe who will help the Sales Organization to drive their business, supporting the Business with meaningful Analytics and drive Incentive related topics in the Southern Part of Europe.

You'll be be part of a very dynamic team and work closely together with the Business, playing a key role between Sales organization and Function.

What you'll be doing

• Implement and lead the operational computation of Sales Incentives in Kidney Care Southern Europe
• Collaborate with Business Partners in all Central/Southern Europe countries to support and define the right Incentive strategy and analytics.
• Responsible for meaningful performance reporting and analytics at different levels of the Kidney Care Sales Organization – provide results for Global Sales Award Kidney Care
• Support and drive the Analytics central approach to centralize and maintain business Analytics for Kidney Care
• Perform the Target Setting Process - Sales Territory Management on Cluster Level
• Lead and/or Support Projects on ECEMEA Level to implement Incentives in existing Incentive Setup
• Support and drive strategic projects across EMEA – (Analytics/centralization/digitalization & cost optimization projects) in an agile environment and project setup
• Drive digitalization actively and play a major role in data-driven and digital environment

What you'll bring

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics / Business Informatics / Finance / Digital Health / IT
• 5+ Years of experience in Project management/Analytics
• Experience in Health Care Sector (nice to have)and passion for data crunching and data mining
• Experience in Incentives are a plus
• Open mindset for Change Management and challenging the Status Quo
• Excellent analytical skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL / Tableau& Power BI / MS Office Applications (VBA , Excel , Powerpivot , Powerpoint)
• Open-minded and Team Player with strong communication style
• Passion to connect with the business and work together with a small team to drive optimization and centralization of analytical projects
• English and Italian knowledge - other languages are a plus
