Process Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ validations for key projects.
- Participate in the development of new processes and products from concept and design stages for their introduction into manufacturing.
- Perform Engineering Studies using statistical analysis on process and product scenarios using Six-Sigma tools and DMAIC Analysis.
- Benchmarking with other facilities around the globe to enhance local manufacturing process.
- Deployment and implementation of Baxter Operating System elements to the plant departments
- Undergo development program involving department rotation to develop leadership and operations skills.
- Supervise area and ensure that all cGMP, GQP, ISO13485, and EHS regulation are always followed.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor of Science – Pharmacy/Engineering, Preferred Industrial EN
- Fresh graduates with Pharmacy background are welcome to apply.
