VOTRE PROCHAIN POSTE

Nous recrutons un.e Assistant.e RH (H/F) basé(e) à Pluvigner dans le Morbihan. L’assistant.e RH apporte son support au déploiement de la politique des ressources humaines de l’entreprise. Son écoute active des besoins et des enjeux de l’entreprise en matière de ressources humaines associée à ses compétences font d’elle ou de lui un élément clef dans la mise en œuvre des processus RH.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions des différents projets RH telles que : l’intégration de l’IA dans le processus RH, le Bilan Social Individuel, les médailles du travail, les définitions de fonction…

  • Apporter son support au suivi des activités RH : GEPP, les entretiens Offboarding, reporting RH…

  • Contribuer au chiffrage du plan de développement des compétences

  • Participer aux événements liés au programme Bien-Etre et Performance (GPTW, journées site…)

  • Effectuer le reporting de son activité

  • Rédiger les notes de services liées à son activité

  • Remonter tout problème, toute information nécessitant une intervention en dehors de son périmètre

  • Participer à la vie du service dans une logique d’amélioration continue et de digitalisation.

PROFIL

De formation BAC+2 vous êtes curieux(se), force de proposition et rigoureux(se).

  • Bonne capacité de communication

  • Bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique

  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est appréciée.
