Role Summary:
- Manage the development and strategic execution of marketing plan. Drive innovative ideas for business growth and execution excellence. Carry out projects, data analysis, market research. Lead business development, administration, and implementation of marketing programs for assigned products & therapies. Build KOL development program, market development and digital projects.
- Lead reimbursement agency liaison/marketing administrative work. Build plan to drive PD penetration, reimbursement, PD model in private and long-term policy shaping initiatives partnering government/medical affairs team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strategic commercial plan. Prepare materials for product brochure production, sales presentation, sales data analysis and forecasting.
- Work with sales team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications.
- Responsible for planning and executing the marketing activities within the approved operating expense level.
- Analyse competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for PD business.
- Take project management role for key projects, which normally engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance, including long term projects collaboration with government/medical affairs team.
- Develop strategic marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business, inclusive of digital strategy.
- Based on solid market understanding, develop ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion, if needed.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associations (if any) and ensures that common goals are set and delivered.
- Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, industry associates and government representatives to achieve the objectives of marketing.
- Manage strong global and regional relationships with relevant marketing and support functions within Baxter and share best practice as required.
- Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent, MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing function.
- Strategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plans.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong KOL management skills.
- Able to work with cross functional team to drive results.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skill and a team player.
- Motivated to drive for results.
