Market Planners

What are we ideally looking for?
Strong can-do attitude
Proven problem-solving skills
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain
Experience in Supply Chain Management – warehousing, logistics, transportation and/or inventory planning
Knowledge of import/export regulations
Ability to work effectively with people across many different functions
Good communication skills required
Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, reading and creating reports and conducting analysis for business decisions
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to processes
Ability to prioritise work & drives results with sense of urgency and accountability
Proficient in RapidResponse or other relevant planning systems.
Basic project management skill and lean/continuous improvement.
Strong relationship development and conflict resolution
Bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics or similar fields
