Summary

We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our National Distribution Center’s team in Northampton.

We offer a permanent full-time contract. Working hours are 8:30 am—4:30 pm, then 9:30 am—5:30 pm Monday through Thursday (on a weekly rotation) and 9:00 am—5:00 pm Friday.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Duties involve processing customer orders for hospitals in an accurate manner
  • Coordinate customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolutions for Baxter and our customers
  • Build partnerships and strong working relationships with teams to provide a consistent, quality customer experience. to support product distribution
  • Be a role model and a trusted advisor by showcasing your values and providing a customer-centric approach in every customer interaction

What you’ll bring:

  • GCSE Level Standard Education
  • You communicate in a structured and transparent manner and possess great interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience working in an exciting, fast-paced and service-driven environment
