We are seeking a customer orientated National Account Manager to join our digital team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing Baxter’s innovative digital health solution ICNET within the UK & Ireland. Your primary goals will be to drive account retention and upsell within existing installs this will be achieved by cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the customers goals and objectives and how Baxter solutions can support them and communicating internally and externally on the value we are delivering.
The National Account Manager will be responsible for a retention and sales target to demonstrate success.
The National account manager will also be responsible for the management and engagement of KOLs within this mature market, they will support the Business Development Manager with reference sites to demonstrate best practice.
You will work in close collaboration with the wider Baxter and ICNET team, in particular the solution optimization team where you will create robust account plans, support customer workshops and ensure that our customers are receiving and experiencing value from the ICNET application.
As the ideal candidate for this role you will be customer focused with commercial foresight, you'll be enthusiastic, have a positive “can do” attitude and a good communicator.
This role will require up to 50% travel across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Account retention of existing UK&I install base.
- Prepare and implement an annual territory plan.
- Annual account reviews
- Contract negotiation and renewals.
- Feedback across the hospital on success and value add.
- Deliver annual up-sell target.
- Develop a strong network of KOL’s and Reference sites.
- Communicating across the ICNET business to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work in collaboration with Business Development Manager to get robust handover of new customers and guide them into the BAU state.
- Attend local and national conferences.
- Have a good understanding of the ICNET product suite.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years account management experience with shown results.
- Knowledge of Digital Health Solutions is preferred.
- Experience within the UK health sector.
- Proven negotiation experience.
- Self-management and organizational skills
- A great communicator with customer orientation and strong social skills
- Great teammate willing to push outside of comfort zone.
