Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres Teams Advanced Surgery suchen wir Sie als

Produktmanager:in (m/w/d) DACH

mit Sitz in Unterschleißheim (Hybrid Option).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme von Umsatz- und Kostenverantwortung sowie strategische Verantwortung für die Produkte unseres Advanced Surgery Portfolios
  • Erstellung und Implementierung des lokalen Marketingplans für die zugewiesenen Produkte basierend auf der globalen und regionalen Strategie
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung lokaler Marketingmaßnahmen für digitale Kanäle und Einführung innovativer Marketing Instrumente im Omnichannel-Segment
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Koordination von Produkteinführungen sowie Begleitung der Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Marketing Projekten und Kampagnen
  • Marktanalysen, Kundensegmentierung, Beobachtung der Marktentwicklung sowie der Mitbewerber-Aktivitäten und Umsetzung lokaler Preisstrategien
  • Erstellung von Werbematerial unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenwünschen und - bedürfnissen in enger Abstimmung mit Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Drug Safety und Market Access
  • Planung und Durchführung von relevanten Kongressauftritten, Symposien und virtuellen Trainings für medizinische Fachgruppen
  • Regelmäßiger Kontakt zu Sales, Kunden und KOLs zur Überprüfung und Adaptation des Marketing- Mix auf aktuelle Marktbedürfnisse
  • Aufbau eines Netzwerkes mit Meinungsbildnern (KOLs)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Marketingteams (EMEA)
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für die zugewiesenen Produkte
  • Planung der Produktversorgung in Zusammenarbeit mit Business und Logistik

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Marketingerfahrung in den Bereichen Arzneimittel und/oder Medizinprodukte inkl. Produkteinführungen, Freigabeprozesse für Marketingmaterialien und Umsetzung von Preisstrategien
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von virtuellen Trainings für medizinische Fachgruppen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten insbesondere im Hinblick auf Kundensegmentierung und die Interpretation von Studiendaten
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbindung inkl. Positionierung über Value Proposition
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von digitalen Marketingmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Omnichannel-Marketings
  • Idealerweise nachgewiesene Kenntnis der Arbeitsabläufe im Operationssaal
  • Routinierter Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket sowie mit CRM-Systemen und Trainingssoftware
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Von Effizienz, Vereinfachung, Mut und Teamgeist geprägtes Denken und Handeln
