Marketing Manager:in DACH (f/m/d), Clinical Nutrition Products and Digital Marketing

mit Sitz in Unterschleißheim (Hybrid-Option).

Übersicht:

Die Aufgabe des Marketing Manager (f/m/d) im DACH-Cluster ist es, in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internen Funktionen und dem Clinical Nutrition Global Business Unit (GBU) Team sicherzustellen, dass die DACH-Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen bedarfsgerechte Materialien und Omnichannel-Tools zur Verfügung haben.

Darüber hinaus beinhaltet die Funktion eine effektive Vertretung des DACH-Clusters und WEU bei der GBU, um Potentiale auszuschöpfen. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle, um Kundenbedürfnisse Gehör zu verschaffen (VOC) und sorgen für die Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen kundenorientierten Sichtweise.

Aufgabensplitt: 50% Special Clinical Nutrition Products und 50% Digital Marketing innerhalb des DACH-Clusters.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vertriebs-Konzepten für das Portfolio im Bereich „Special Clinical Nutrition Products“
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, nationalen Kongressen und wiss. Symposien
  • Konzeption, Erstellung und Roll-Out von Trainings- und Werbematerialien zur Unterstützung des Außendienstes
  • Planung und Kontrolle des Logistik-/ Absatz-forecast und Low-Cover-Management in enger Abstimmung mit Supply Chain
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung von Omnichannel-Kampagnen über mehrere Kanäle
  • Analyse wichtiger Leistungsindikatoren zur Messung der Effektivität digitaler Marketingkampagnen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um ansprechende und wirkungsvolle Inhalte für digitale Marketinginitiativen zu erstellen
  • Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung aller digitalen Marketingaktivitäten mit den relevanten Gesetzen und Vorschriften der Gesundheits- und Pharmabranche

Ihr Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Marketing innerhalb der Gesundheits-/Pharmabranche, vorzugsweise für verschreibungspflichtige Produkte
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung erfolgreicher Marketingkampagnen, sowohl im Bereich der Lead Generierung über das Internet, als auch bei traditionellen Kampagnen wie Kongressen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich digitales Marketing und Omnichannel
  • Fähigkeit, das DACH-Cluster in globalen Projekten/Diskussionen zu vertreten
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams auf lokaler, Cluster- und globaler Ebene
  • Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Software und gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Boost, etc.)
