Für unseren Transport & Distribution Service suchen wir Sie als

Specialist Transport & Distribution Service (m/w/d)

in Unterschleißheim, bei München (hybrid option).

Aufgaben

• Terminegerechte Einplanung und Übermittlung von Versandvorgängen an Transportdienstleister

• Kontrolle und Überwachung der Kundensendungen aus den Distributionslägern

• Disposition von Teil- und Komplettladungen an Großkunden

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen auf Basis der eingesetzten Qualitätssysteme

• Prüfung der eingehenden Entladeberichte und Differenzen von Transportdienstleistern

• Bearbeiten von Sonderprozessen, sowie Nacharbeit und Fehlerkorrektur innerhalb der IT-Systeme

• Koordination von terminierten Retouren zu unseren Distributionslägern

• Kontrolle und Kontierung von Frachtrechnungen und deren Verarbeitung im Fracht-Zuordnungsmodul (FCA), sowie das Führen von Frachtstatistiken

• Direkter Kontakt für die Entsorgungslogistik unserer Kunden

• Erstellen und aktualisieren von Trainings- & Arbeitsanweisungen zur Qualitätssicherung

• Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Zollvorgängen, sowie die Überprüfung von Zollbelegen

• Ermitteln und Umsetzen von Prozessoptimierungen und Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen

Anforderungen

• Kaufmann/frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Transportwesen, bspw. als Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Disponent/in

• Grundwissen zur Abwicklung von Import- & Exportvorgängen Gefahrgutkenntnisse wünschenswert (ADR)

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den “MS-Office” Anwendungen, insbesondere MS-Excel

• Gute Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen und Transportmanagementsystemen

• Erfahrungen im Projekt Management

• Servicementalität hinsichtlich interner & externer Kunden
