Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Customer Service suchen wir Sie als Customer Service Representative (w/m/d) mit Sitz in München.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Abwicklung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen
• Professionelle Bearbeitung und Weiterverfolgung von Kundenanfragen und –beanstandungen
• Bearbeitung und Systempflege von Daueraufträgen, Bereinigung von Bestelldaten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Außendienst, Produktmanagern, Lager)
• Bearbeitung von Keykunden (Großhändlern)

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, vorzugsweise in Pharma- und/oder Medizintechnik
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit Office- und IT-Anwendungen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
