En 30 ans, Baxter a acquis une expertise reconnue en nutrition parentérale, grâce à une recherche active et innovante. Inventeur des mélanges ternaires distribués en poches tri-compartimentées, Baxter a également développé une expertise dans la production à façon depuis 1982 pour la nutrition et depuis 1984 pour la chimiothérapie. 

Aujourd’hui l’offre de Baxter en nutrition comprend des poches industrielles, des poches réalisées « à façon », préparées par sa filiale Baxter Façonnage. 

Baxter Façonnage fabrique et livre des poches de nutrition parentérale sous forme de préparation magistrale. 

Au sein du site de Montpellier, vous travaillez en collaboration d’une équipe composée de 3 autres Pharmaciens. Vous travaillerez sous la direction du Responsable qualité du site. 

Missions confiées :

- Vous vérifiez la faisabilité des formules des nutritions parentérales (doses prescrites, stabilité physicochimique) et déterminez la péremption en vue de leur fabrication 
- Vous vous assurez de la conformité des cycles  des décontaminations du matériel de production 
- Vous assurez la libération des poches de nutrition parentérales selon les référentiels  en vigueur 
- Vous assurez la surveillance et le contrôle de l’environnement de production selon les exigences de bonnes pratiques 
- Vous participez à l’échantillonnage et de la libération des matières premières et articles de conditionnement 
- Vous travaillez en collaboration avec la production pour le traitement de  toute non-conformité du process de fabrication en définissant des mesures correctives immédiates, 
- Vous participez à  l’enregistrement des anomalies internes, l’évaluation des impacts sur patient/produit et le suivi des actions rattachées,  
- Vous vous assurez de la mise en place et de l’efficacité des actions correctives ou préventives, 
- Vous participez à l’analyse et au suivi des indicateurs de performance qualité du site  
- Vous participez au suivi des validations et qualifications nécessaires selon le PDV défini 
- Vous participez  au strict respect des dispositions définies dans les réglementations en vigueur (BPF, Code de la Santé Publique…). 

Profil recherché:

Récemment diplômé(é) avec un doctorat en pharmacie, branche industrie avec thèse validée et diplôme français, vous êtes à la recherche de votre prochaine expérience professionnelle fortement lié à la production avec des missions variées autour des opérations.

Vous souhaiterez évoluer au sein d'une équipe dynamique dans un environnement international tout en utilisant votre bon niveau d'anglais.

Vous avez une aisance avec les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), vous avez des connaissances des GMP/BPF et des Bonnes Pratiques applicables à l’industrie pharmaceutique.
