1) Support for Wholesaler interactions.

- Document creation based on team policies.

- Administrative tasks such as document management, purchasing, and others.

2) Sales support regardless of business segment. (Pharma/AS/HST)

   - Management of sales mailbox and delivery to support sales team.

   - Leading monthly rental billing process for Pharma.

- IntraMart operation such as case closing, periodical check.

- Managing and Updating Intra site to share correct and timely information.

3) JDE operation

   - Document creation to register customer information into JDE.

   - Updating wholesaler’s license information in JDE.

   - Managing approval process of wholesaler’s payment term application.

4) Internal process improvement.

   - Considering workload efficiencies around office.
