Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide the business with a central focus point within the engineering team that could coordinate, support, and prioritize initiation, development and implementation processes. You will collaborate with the different functions of a Manufacturing setup, ensure that timely communications occurs with all stakeholders and partners, being part of the local project validation engineering team.
What you'll be doing
- Track project schedule and execution, budget commitments and function/individual project deliverables.
- Support the team in defining project strategies, developing goals, and ensures project scope is defined and controlled
- Continuously interacts with all the required functions and individuals ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
- Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan
- Work together with team to anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
- Identify, support and at times lead and implement continuous improvement processes.
What you'll bring
- Engineering Degree or Equivalent in a related field
- 2-5 years of Experien
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and
- Product Development Process requirements
- Demonstrated competencies in all aspects of project management
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
