- Support global cross-functional teams in the execution of changes in compliance with international regulations and quality standards. Responsible for leading changes, project leadership, and supporting execution of these projects.
- This position will support globally registered products across the MPT portfolio, including electromechanical devices, disposable devices, and drug products.
Responsibilities
- Change control owner for engineering design and/or material changes, which includes project leadership and execution support.
- Support/Independently plan, execute, and manage project(s) that span multiple disciplines with team, cross functions and regions. Applying a solid understanding of theories/practices including those from other disciplines outside the primary area of expertise.
- Participate in development and improvement activities associated with the design, manufacturing and control of drug and device products.
- Prepare technical protocols and reports.
- Adhere to the Quality Systems, understand and apply applicable corporate, divisional and departmental procedures as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering with 1 year of experience, or Master's degree with no experience.
- Autonomy, organized, sense of responsibility, self-starter
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a global team
- Skilled with presentations, technical writing, leading/managing cross-functional teams, critical thinking skills
- Excellent spoken, written and read English
Following Skills/Experience are highly appreciated
- Experience or demonstrate knowledge with medical products or pharmaceuticals
- Project Management tools (MS Project)
- Plastic materials technology and processing
