Your tasks will include:

1. Project Planning: Developing a detailed project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

2. Resource Management: Identifying and allocating necessary resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution. You will need to coordinate with various departments and external vendors to ensure availability and timely delivery of resources.

3. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes creating contingency plans and regularly monitoring and updating risk assessments throughout the project.

4. Budget Management: Creating and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control. You will need to work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

5. Team Leadership: Managing a cross-functional project team, providing guidance, support, and motivation. You will need to foster a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure team cohesion and productivity.

6. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and any changes or issues that may arise. This includes conducting regular meetings, preparing reports, and managing expectations.

7. Validation and Qualification: Ensuring that the correct level of validation/qualification are identified for the project, are on track and are properly resourced.

8. Quality Control: Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. This involves implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and addressing any non-conformities.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, and change requests. You will need to provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Overall, your role as a Project Manager will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of the manufacturing expansion project, meeting all objectives, and delivering a high-quality product within the specified budget and timeline.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent and have project management experience. Additionally, the applicant should have a minimum of 8 years experience within a Manufacturing environment.
