The projects we manage in support of the products we help manufacture improve outcomes for patients around the world. As a Project Leader 1 at Baxter, your work contributes directly to making a significant impact on others. It's challenging work—and you're not on your own. Your Team

While everyone at Baxter has a shared passion for our mission, the ISC Medical Products & Therapies Project Management (MPT PMO) team plays a critical role in our ability to save and sustain lives. Located at different regions, and with remote flexibility, team members work together to manage product design and materials change projects to successful completion through best practices and stakeholder management.  They indirectly manage resources and may directly manage resources. ISC MPT PMO, effectively prioritize projects and interfaces with support functions and facility resources to drive projects to successful completion that ensure high quality, safe and effective products so our patients can live their best lives.

What you'll be doing

You will, under supervision, perform standard project and technical related assignments which are typically a significant portion of a larger project. You will support and execute the generation of technical documentation in support of project deliverables and requirements, such as protocols, reports, specifications, SOPs, and other supporting documents in compliance with quality rules and policies utilizing best practices and stakeholder management. With supervision, you will support projects within Baxter’s change control management process, from initiation through closure and effectively communicate project status to team members and management on a regular basis.

What you'll bring

• BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or related science with 1 - 3 years of experience
• Excellent interpersonal with ability to interface well with other departments and participate effectively and efficiently in a global team environment.
• Experience in Product design and lifecycle management. Product requirements definitions and development.
• Manufacturing process and equipment knowledge.
• Must have knowledge of such principles as cGMPs, FDA guidelines and industry standards.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively using a wide variety of skills and vehicles.
• Must be self-motivated and be capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to support multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Experience with change control processes.
• High quality protocol & report writing competency
• Ability to generate & formalize operating procedures
• Statistics knowledge of the basic engineering principals.
• Ability to apply statistical and technical techniques to solve problems on small projects with supervision.
• Global Experience preferred and ability to work in alternative time zones a must.
