Job Summary:

Reporting to the Project and Process Manager, the Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes and gaining efficiency in terms of profit and quality

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop new methods/tools to simplify manufacturing processes.

• Ensure work balancing and standardizing to remove wastes.

• Prepare standard work for manufacturing processes and update Bill Of Material “BOM”.

• Train cell leaders/operators on standardized work.

• Conduct PFMEA with different representatives.

• Participate in the investigations, audits and improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in equivalent position

Skills:

• PFMEA

• Lean Manufacturing

• Problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal

• Communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

• Knowledge in statistical techniques and tools

• Ability to work effectively in a team based environment

• Skills of Microsoft Office software’s (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
