RESUME DE LA FONCTION

L’analyste R&I assure l’échantillonnage, le contrôle visuel et physique des matières premières chimiques et semi-chimiques, ceci dans le respect des exigences définies dans les spécifications et les procédures. Il/elle établit les rapports d’inspection et de contrôle qui s’y rapportent et en assure l’archivage selon les règles définies.

TACHES GENERALES

  •  Assurer l’échantillonnage, le contrôle visuel et physique des matières premières chimiques et semi-chimiques, ceci dans le respect des exigences définies dans les spécifications et les procédures ; établir les rapports d’inspection et de contrôle qui s’y rapportent et en assurer l’archivage selon les règles définies.
  •  Identifier, analyser, gérer le transfert du matériel vers les différents postes requis
  •  Effectuer les tests infra-rouges, RAMAN sur les matières premières.
  •  Effectuer les tests physiques et établir les rapports d’inspection et contrôle sur l’approbation des nouvelles pièces
  • Assurer l’archivage administratif des produits finis et des matières premières afin de permettre leur traçabilité et la réquisition si nécessaire
  • Maintenir les registres de réception afin d’assurer la traçabilité
  • Rapporter les non-conformités en application des procédures existantes
  • Assurer le respect des délais d’analyse
  • Communiquer tout incident relatif à la sécurité
  • Respecter et assurer le respect des règles de bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (GLP), de bonnes pratiques de documentation (GDP), ainsi que celles relatives à la sécurité et à l’environnement.
  • Participer aux tâches quotidiennes communes du laboratoire inhérentes à l’activité de technicien (6S, envoi de colis, …)
  • Assurer le suivi de sa formation BaxU

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Issu d’une formation bachelier en électromécanique/ chimie.
  • Domaine d’expertise : Chimie
  • Français courant, Anglais bonnes notions
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Capacité d’analyse
  • Proactivité, prise d’initiatives
  • Respectueux des règles et des procédures
  • Rigoureux, capacité d’organisation et de planification
  • Bon communicateur
