Tender administration & document management 
•    Work on system of DKSH distributor for the tender process: Coordinate to BUM/SM to confirm products & prices on tender web; get approval from BUM for tender prices & samples.
•    Manage Tender document on shared folder
•    Provide tender reports, samples report to Finance
•    Document all emails of approval of tender prices for audit purpose.

Dashboard and app Management 
•    Develop and maintain dashboards as required
•    PD patient app - User management on, such as activating, deactivating, and reviewing as per Patient App process. Any other activities as required to support the ongoing usability of the app
•    Partner with IT analytics team for development and implementation of future apps / dashboard projects

Sales Reporting and Analysis
•    To support BUM with sales reporting, analysis of customer accounts sales data/performance, products/portfolios sales data and sales incentives calculations.
•    Sales and analytics software application (BOOST) admin: manage data and users, update sales target, WIG/Lead target and performance, coordinate with stakeholders (APAC team, global IT) to ensure system run smoothly
•    Maintain in-market data alignment and dashboards on system (Tableau) (e.g. Tender dashboard, Acute dashboard, Patient dashboard)

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
•    Support business with sales force effectiveness analysis.
•    Manage SFDC records and reporting.
•    Liaise with Commercial Excellence Team to establish KPIs for sales force activities and monitor progress.
•    Manage 4Dx (four disciplines of execution) reporting and performance.
•    Liaise with Sales Managers to drive effective KPIs for sales force and regular reporting.

Other projects assigned by GM & BUM
To comply with company policies, internal controls and business practices and Rep Office policies. Ensure all activities comply with “Vantive” business code of conduct, relevant Vietnam legal demands, and ethical standards.
