Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1.300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von medizinischen Einmalprodukten (Filter/Dialysatoren, Behandlungssets und Katheter für die Akutdialyse)
- Betreuung der Produkte von der Konzeptphase durch die Entwicklungsphase bis zur Markteinführung
- Zusammenarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden internationalen Projektteams
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Verifizierungs- und Validierungstests
- Erstellung der Design Control Dokumentation
- Planung und Ausführung von Produktänderungen oder Lieferantenänderungen
Anforderungen
- Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Medizinprodukten
- Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue komplexe Aufgabengebiete
- Selbständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute und effektive kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit internen und externen Partnern
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
