Quality Compliance Engineer (m/w/d)

Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1.300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Die Abteilung Quality ist zuständig für die Gewährleistung der hohen Qualität unserer Produkte. Darüber hinaus überwachen wir die Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe und führen Verbesserungen durch, um den Kundenanforderungen gerecht zu werden.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege von Prozessrisikoanalysen

  • Erstellung von Gap-Analysen, Dokumenten und zugehörigen Verbesserungsplänen in Bezug zu internen, regulatorischen oder kundenspezifischen Anforderungen

  • Durchführung von internen Audits zur Überwachung der Einhaltung von internationalen Gesetzen/Normen/Richtlinien und Kundenanforderungen

  • Verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der Fachbereiche und Rückverfolgung der am Standort durchgeführten Auditaktivitäten

  • Verantwortlich für die Koordination von behördlichen Inspektionen, internen und Corporate Audits sowie die Vorbereitung des Standorts auf diese Audits

  • Anleiten von internen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und internationalen QA-Compliance Programmen

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufrechterhaltung des Plant Master Files

  • Implementierung von Corporate QMS Prozeduren im eigenen Fachbereich und Koordination der Implementierung in anderen Fachbereichen am Standort

  • Unterstützung des lokalen Trainings Management Teams

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschul-/Universitätsstudium der Medizintechnik, Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbarer wissenschaftlicher Studiengang oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Fachbranche

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement in einem medizintechnischen oder pharmazeutischen Unternehmen

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Auditor sowie Umgang mit Behördeninspektionen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen und der Qualitätssysteme wie DIN ISO 13485 / 21 CFR Part 820

  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, intellektuelle Neugier und unnachgiebige Motivation, die Compliance am Standort zu verbessern

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Anforderungen an Reinraum Produktionen

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Sehr gute Englischsprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
