MISSIONS

Etablir et mettre en œuvre de la stratégie opérationnelle au sein de la division Kidney Care dans le respect de la réglementation, de l’éthique, de la Charte de l’information promotionnelle et de son référentiel en vigueur.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

  • Analyser le marché de la dialyse : évaluer et comprendre l’offre Baxter, celles des concurrents et les tendances du marché
  • Analyser et proposer les stratégies et tactiques de l’offre Baxter en lien avec l’évolution du marché et les axes stratégiques définis au niveau Global
  • Suivre et réajuster mensuellement les dépenses marketing
  • Assurer l’interface et la coordination entre les différents acteurs (ventes, service clients, service marchés, affaires médicales, affaires réglementaires, finance) pour la définition des caractéristiques produits, le support client et l’information concurrentielle
  • Développer la communication et les campagnes marketing auprès des différents acteurs du marché selon les réglementations et procédures en vigueur, en mesurant leur efficacité
  • Elaborer les supports promotionnels, éducationnels et institutionnels en collaboration avec les affaires médicales et les équipes terrain
  • Gérer les relations avec les prestataires externes
  • Coconstruire les programmes scientifiques des évènements Baxter en collaboration avec les affaires médicales (formations clients, symposiums, réunions régionales, webinaires, etc.)
  • Assurer la formation initiale et continue des équipes terrain et des services supports
  • Recommander et ajuster mensuellement les prévisions de vente
  • Suivre et analyser mensuellement les résultats

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Bac +5 ou plus
  • Formation initiale scientifique/médicale, complétée par une formation marketing/commerciale
  • 1ère expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (médicament et/ou dispositif médical)

SAVOIR-FAIRE

  • Avoir de bonnes connaissances des techniques marketing (analyse marché, campagne, stratégie de prix, etc.)
  • Capacité à analyser et anticiper les tendances du marché
  • Disposer d’un raisonnement scientifique appliqué au domaine de la santé
  • Communiquer de manière aisée à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Anglais courant impératif
