VOTRE ROLE

Au sein de l’équipe Service Client France, vous serez amené(e) à participer au développement et à la mise en place de projets en lien avec la politique commerciale de la Business Unit et en collaboration avec les services logistiques, services des marchés…

Un support sur les opérations quotidiennes sera aussi demandé (saisie de commandes, relation client…)

Ce poste est basé à Guyancourt, dans les Yvelines, pour une durée de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2024. Deux à trois jours de télétravail sont autorisé par semaine.

VOS MISSIONS

• Analyser le portefeuille client dans le but de fluidifier et d’automatiser les flux de commandes
• Développer l’implémentation de l’EDI sur les clients France et Drom Com
• Développer des KPIs et tableaux de bord
• Participer à la mise place du projet de la nouvelle politique de livraison
• Supporter les équipes sur la gestion de commandes

VOTRE PROFIL

• Etudiant en Commerce niveau Bac+3 minimum
• Maîtrise des outils Powerpoint, Excel confirmé
• Bon niveau d’anglais
• Curiosité, créativité, bonne communication et esprit de synthèse
