As a Technical Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, and enjoy mentoring and learning from others. Here, you are trusted to manage your own time and are given opportunities to grow your career as you wish.

This role will be responsible for working with our Partners/Customers under a Transition Service Agreement (TSA) to ensure services scope is provided per contract terms and to be the single point of contact for change requests, support escalations and overall issue resolution.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and oversee IT contractual relationship with the customer(s).
  • Be the single point of contact for change requests, support escalations and overall issue resolution for the customer(s).
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve problems.
  • Train other team members on contractual scope and related processes
  • Identify, Document and triage customer problems/change requests/ project request with the support of the appropriate internal teams.
  • Analyze and report on issues and projects and identify trends to determine potential areas for improvement.
  • Drive and handle changes/improvements/projects quoting process.
  • Lead a team of analysts and financial analysts supporting the customer(s)

What you'll bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience leading external customers in a technical service provider capacity.
  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and deal management skills
  • Experience in leading upward among senior leadership.
  • Ability to make tough decisions, solve problems, and show initiative
