What you'll be doing

• Lead a global team of program managers to deliver multiple high priority, high value, and very complex programs, including establishing program business case, user stories and resource demands.
• Build and lead a technical Program Management team by hiring, mentoring, and developing talent
• Bring a solid sense of execution and ownership to the team
• Collaborate with and influence Sr IT and Business Leaders to reduce and/or mitigate program risks and issues to ensure successful program delivery and ROI achievement.
• Represent IT Programs to Sr leaders to provide updates, communicate program statuses, manage and mitigate risks, review change management, and maintain alignment on ROI, priority and strategy alignment.
• Manage cross-functional vertical and horizontal initiatives across the IT organization and the company
• Measure and improve efficiency to identify what’s working well and areas of transformation
• Partner with key teams to manage dependencies, increase leveragability, and collaboratively to solve problems

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of technical program management experience with 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading managers and teams of up to 20 individuals
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• CSM Scrum / SAFE Certification is a plus
• Communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-functional team
• Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
• Analytical and problem-solving experience, exposure to large-scale systems and knowledge and experience in technical development in an enterprise setting
• Experience with technical areas spanning Infrastructure, Security, Application development and ERP Implementations.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
