Teamlead (m/w/d) Therapy Specialist

Zusammenfassung der Position:

Der Teamlead (m/w/d) Therapy Specialist übernimmt die fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Teams Therapy Specialists.

Darüber hinaus unterstütz der Teamlead den Vertrieb Patient Support Systems in einem eigenen Gebiet. Die Kernaufgaben der Unterstützungsfunktion sind die fachspezifische Kundenberatung während Tagespräsentationen, Projektübergaben und Messen, die professionelle Einweisung der Nutzer sowie die Projektrealisierung entsprechend Projektzielen, Projektumfang und Ressourcen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung des Teams der Therapy Specialists hinsichtlich Terminen, Qualität und Kostenrahmen
  • Koordination laufender und zu erwartender Projekte
  • Prüfung /Abnahme der Meilensteine/Ergebnisse/Protokolle
  • Sicherstellen der Projektkommunikation
  • Kontinuierliche Evaluation des Sales Support, Analyse der Betreuungslücken und pro aktive Verbesserungsvorschläge in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb Patient Support Systems
  • Koordination, Vorbereitung und Organisation von Kundenpräsentationen des Produktportfolios
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Planung und Durchführung von Produktschulungen
  • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in SFDC
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Nutzereinweisungen gemäß geltender klinischer und hygienischer Anforderungen und unter Beachtung der jeweils gültigen Gebrauchsanweisung des Produktes

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation als staatlich geprüfte/r Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Physiotherapeut/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mindestens 3-jähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung auf der Intensivstation oder einem Fachgebiet der Pflege sowie erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Medizinisches Grundwissen über Anatomie, Physiologie, Wund- und Schmerzbehandlung sowie Bereitschaft zur Vertiefung des Wissens
  • Technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, sich Produktkenntnisse anzueignen
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Value-Selling-Methoden oder die Bereitschaft, Methoden des beratenden Verkaufens zu erlernen
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Beratungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen)
  • Sprachkenntnisse: sehr gut Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
