Overview

Sales Representative (m/w/d) Hospital

für die Region: Bocholt - Aachen - Trier - Aschaffenburg - Frankfurt - Siegen

In der Funktion als Sales Representative (m/w/d) Hospital sind Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Regional Sales Manager und stellen den Einsatz der Nutrition Produkte sowie Baxters medizinische Reputation in den Kliniken sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Listung, Verkauf und Beratung unserer Produkte in Kliniken
  • Bearbeitung der Klinik-Apotheken (Produktbesprechungen und Listungen)
  • Produktbesprechungen auf den Stationen wie z. B. ICU, Onkologie, Gastroenterologie und in Ernährungsteams
  • Bearbeitung der Schnittstelle Überleitung (u.a. Ernährungsteam, Sozialdienst) in Zusammenarbeit und enger Abstimmung mit dem Homecare Außendienst in definierten Projekten
  • Produktbezogene Präsentationen und Schulungen vor HCPs wie z. B. Trainings und Schulungen zu Mangelernährung und zum Einsatz von leitlinienkonformer parenteraler Ernährung
  • Regelmäßige Kunden-Umsatz- und Aktionsplanung, Jahresplanung
  • Pflege von KOLs in betreuten Kliniken
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Kongressen und Kundenveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Klinische Ausbildung oder Ernährungs-/Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie, Medizin)
  • Pharmareferent oder Sachkenntnisse nach § 75 AMG wünschenswert
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Klinik-Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Krankenhausmarkt
  • Verkaufserfahrung im Gesundheitsmarkt (Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte)
  • Erfahrung in Verhandlungen mit Apothekern und Einkäufern
  • Erfahrung und sicheres sowie fundiertes Auftreten im medizinischen Umfeld
  • Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Kommunikationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und gute Verhandlungsführung
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Erfolgreiches Arbeiten in cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Hohe Motivation und Belastbarkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft, inkl. Übernachtungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit CRM Systemen, MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
