Overview

LE ROLE

En tant que Délégué Hospitalier(ère) au sein de l’équipe Rénale Chronique,  vous avez pour principale mission de vendre l’ensemble de produits et services en Dialyse Péritonéale et Hémodialyse sur le secteur Ile de France (93, 94, 95 + grand compte parisien).

Ce poste nécessite une grande mobilité géographique sur le secteur défini avec des déplacements nationaux occasionnels.

VOS RESPONSABILITES

Garantir la gestion pleine et entière d’un secteur géographique commercial

Informer et conseiller les interlocuteurs sur les produits dedialyse

Développer les ventes de médicaments, d’équipements, de consommables et services associés en Dialyse Chronique : 

  • Dynamiser les ventes par de nouvelles approches
  • Conduire des rendez-vous commerciaux réguliers
  • Organiser des réunions de présentation des produits auprès des équipes soignantes
  • Pérenniser et/ou développer la fidélité des clients
  • Prospecter et négocier
  • Suivre les objectifs commerciaux & renseigner l’outil CRM
  • Suivre les consultations d’appel d’offre, les créations de nouveaux sites et l’évolution des structures
  • Mettre en place des projets

Relations clients. Vos interlocuteurs seront Néphrologues, IDE, Pharmaciens, Directeurs de Cliniques & Associations, Ingénieurs Biomédicaux

  • Participer à l’organisation des formations et des démonstrations
  • Informer les praticiens de l’évolution scientifique des produits et présenter les résultats d’études
  • Gérer avec les techniciens SAV les problèmes après la vente
  • Assurer les remontées d’information pour la pharmacovigilance, la matériovigilance et la qualité

Analyse du marché : 

  • Se tenir informé et répondre aux besoins des clients et prospects
  • Etudier la concurrence : prix, produits, services associés, techniques de ventes..
  • Réaliser les prévisions de vente

VOTRE PROFIL

  • De domaine commercial et/ou scientifique (type biologie), vous avez une expérience significative dans le secteur médical, de préférence en dialyse.
  • Fort de connaissances scientifiques associéesà celles de la vente, de l’environnement médical et des circuits à l’hôpital (ventes, bon usage, gestion des AO…)
  • Autonome, rigoureux (se) et adaptable, vous êtes réactif(ve) avec une très bonne gestion des priorités.
  • Reconnu(e) pour vos excellentes capacités à négocier et à fidéliser vos clients, vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacité d’analyse.
  • Anglais (lu, écrit, parlé) souhaité
