We are seeking a versatile individual with a strong marketing background and expertise in, healthcare, digital health, or medical devices to support existing and innovative products that help to eliminate the risk of preventable harm.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and drive the strategy and execution of products used in drug preparation and compounding. Responsibilities include developing global commercial plans, implementing key marketing initiatives and supporting the delivery of overall financial results.
- Lead commercial activities for product development working closely with R&D, quality, regulatory, medical, manufacturing, regional and country-level marketing to identify and prioritize user needs through a variety of methods including customer visits, advisory boards, market research, etc. using BioDesign process.
- Develop cases and financial models to support new product development and investment activities.
- Prepare launch plans and work with regional and country-level marketers to complete launch readiness and implementation. This includes development of value propositions and promotional messaging to position.
- Will develop and drive multigenerational platform strategy and lifecycle management.
- Analyze product data, voice of customer and market trends to identify and generate new business opportunities, define product requirements and assess business development opportunities.
- Review and evaluate the healthcare landscape and trends to proactively identify and mitigate threats to existing portfolio and development pipeline.
- Deliver successful product management throughout the product lifecycle, including product improvements, compliance, new market entry and discontinuation.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or Science/Technology required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of combined work experiences in healthcare, digital health or the medical device industry; hospital pharmacy exposure highly preferred
- Previous experience with marketing of digital health products preferred; familiarity with digital health or IT product development is a plus.
- Upstream marketing experience with new product development preferred.
- Track record in leading projects and new product offerings from inception through development and successful completion.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
