Your role at Baxter

  • As Global Warehouse Automation Director, you will play a critical leadership role on Baxter’s Fulfillment team, leading the development and implementation of the global warehouse automation strategy to deliver lifesaving and sustaining products and services to our patients and healthcare providers.
  • You will bring expertise in warehousing design and operations with extensive experience in warehouse management systems, advanced innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Through collaboration and partnership with global and regional fulfillment leaders, this role will be responsible for creating significant value by defining “what great looks like".

What you'll be doing

  • Own the development of Global Scope Warehouse Design Principles.
  • Develop the Warehouse automation strategy and initiatives to support it “the what” and “the how” in alignment with Fulfillment and Business objectives.
  • Lead multiple and large programs of around $20M to $30M warehouse automation projects.
  • Assess and optimize as needed automation equipment and technology to deliver efficiently and cost effective.
  • Deliver with impactful, agile and inspirational leadership.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years related experience in supply chain management – warehousing automation, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
  • Experience managing large complex capital projects related to automation and warehouse digitization.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of warehouse automation and mechanized distribution centers practices.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000 - $240,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
