Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Tu rol en Baxter

Dar soporte y acompañar al equipo de especialistas de Advanced Surgery en la correcta implementación de la estrategia promocional en el territorio y portafolios a bajo su responsabilidad

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

  • Apoyar la correcta implementación de los programas promocionales, así como la adecuada frecuencia y secuencia de contactos realizados por los ejecutivos de demanda dentro de sus respectivos territorios.

  • Gestionar los objetivos y resultados de demanda de los clientes, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales planteadas por la empresa en los equipos a cargo.

  • Desarrollar el equipo, estableciendo metas y objetivos apoyando las necesidades de formación y desarrollo de cada colaborador bajo su reporte.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de generación de demanda y promoción del equipo a cargo con respecto a metas, número de clientes, asegurando la precisión del pronóstico de ventas, evaluando reportes de visitas e indicadores y haciendo seguimiento a resultados.

  • Asegurar e incrementar la participación de Baxter en el territorio Nacional de Colombia y Chile de la línea de Advanced Surgery, a través de la implementación de planes estratégicos de marketing por el equipo de Asesores clínicos y Instrumentadores.

  • Implementar las estrategias para alcanzar los resultados a través del diagnóstico de problemas y la evaluación de los indicadores del área y del territorio en alineación con la líder de la unidad de negócio.

  • Acompañar y liderar al equipo a cargo manejando todos los procesos acordes al manejo de personal.

  • Planear y asegurar el cierre de eventos de cada reporte, uso de herramientas y cumplimiento de los planes de cuenta.

Lo que aportarás

  • Profesional en ingenierías o carreras administrativas

  • Postgrado en Negocios o afines - deseable

  • 5 años de experiencia en el campo comercial

  • Experiencia de 2 años en posiciones de liderazgo - deseable

  • Inglés nivel intermedio – deseable

  • Ubicación Bogota – deseable pero no limitado
