Unser Werk in Bielefeld ist ein entscheidender Teil unseres Betriebs, der sich auf die Herstellung hochwirksamer, unsteriler onkologischer Wirkstoffe spezialisiert hat. Mit einer Tradition, die bis in die 1920er Jahre zurückreicht, hat sich Baxter in Bielefeld als weltweit führendes Unternehmen in der Herstellung von zytotoxischen Arzneimitteln positioniert. Mit rund 50 engagierten Mitarbeitern spielt der Standort Bielefeld eine zentrale Rolle bei der Herstellung lebensrettender Onkologie-Medikamente.

Wir suchen Sie, als Laborant (m/w/d) (w/m/d) für unsere pharmazeutische Produktionsstätte in Bielefeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind für die Durchführung kritischer chemischer und physikalischer Proben an prozessbegleitenden und fertigen Produkten der QC-Chemie zuständig.

  • Sie führen Tests von Rohstoffen, Erst-, In-Prozess- und Endproduktproben aus der Produktionsstätte durch. 

  • Sie überprüfen die Testdaten, einschließlich allgemeiner Dokumentationspraktiken.

  • Sie für die Überprüfungen und andere relevante Rollen in LIMS oder anderen computergestützten Systemen durch

  • Sie unterstützen beim Mentoring anderer innerhalb des Teams, darunter auch die Durchführung von Schulungen und Aufsichtstätigkeiten.

  • Sie sind für die Untersuchungen zu verdächtigen Daten, um Laborursachen zu identifizieren und Korrekturen, Korrekturmaßnahmen und/oder Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen (CAPA) umzusetzen.  Untersuchung von Abweichungen und Erstellen von Ausnahmedokumenten, um die Auswirkungen zu beheben

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als CTA, Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenumfeld sammeln

  • Sie haben eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

  • Zudem bringen Sie gute Kenntnisse in SAP und dem MS-Office-Paket mit

  • Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch eine selbstständige, konzentrierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit aus

  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
