Title: Prof II-Information Technology-Architecture

Location: Bangalore

Your role

The Specialist IT-CRM Product Development is responsible for supporting the development of technical  solutions for Technical Services using Salesforce.com. This includes analyzing requirements, tracking development progress, and ensuring that the product meets customer needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in CRM product development, and excellent analytical skills. They must also be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the development and implementation of Salesforce CRM based product solutions 
  • Work with the Development Leads to translate business requirements into Technical designs that are globally scalable and resilient  
  • Ensure completion of Technical Documentation
  • Work with QA to confirm accuracy of execution steps and results
  • Work with RTE on to Validate and approve PRs, manage conflicts, and documentations (PDS)
  • Ensure best practices are followed during release flow and branching
  • Alert and Escalate technical issues and concerns to Project Lead and Architects
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, standards and policies

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM, Application development, FSL with end-to-end global implementation experience
  • Certifications in SFDC essential – Administrator, App Builder, Platform Builder I
  • Experience in CI/CD tools such as AutoRabit, Jenkins, Bitbucket
  • Experience implementing salesforce.com solution for FSL Implementation.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle including design, development, testing, code review and release. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns and design limitations
  • Able to reference and relate to OOTB capabilities at all times to protect alignment with SF and its limitations 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum Techniques and tools like JIRA. 
  • Strong communication (verbal/written/listening) skills. 
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work within a team setting. 
  • Experience working with and/or driving remote teams across continents and time zones is a huge benefit.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Skills & Characteristics:
  • Basic understanding of real life Customer & Technical Service process scenarios and the ability to relate to Salesforce features
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Development Process. clarity between Point-and-Click versus Custom Development.
  • Good Knowledge in Salesforce Data Model, User Setup, Process Automation tools, Approvals, Validation Rules.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge on Security/Visibility model in the context of a global implementation
  • Strong knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex, Apex triggers, Apex actions, Lightning LWC frameworks, Visual Force, Web Services and JSON.
  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange deployment, and other Salesforce.com metadata using the org or package deployment models with version control systems (Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Auto Rabbit, etc).
  • Troubleshooting experience with Salesforce (debugging issues with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows / Processes, Lightning page performance, SOQL performance, API integrations and so on).
  • Knowledge and experience of handling different Governor limits and the ability to design and build applications for the enterprise scale with Asynchronous jobs, Bulkify, Parallel Processing, Platform Cache, LDS and so on.
