As the project lead for PRIME /ELN, your job involves Business ownership, system support and training for R&D Portfolio Management Tools ( PRIME, Gensight) and ELN Tools used by R&D for maintaining Lab Records. This includes working with Baxter PRIME team to establish strategy and execute soft / hard separation of PRIME hosting and database for KidneyCare, generating system reports, creation of metrics, updating hierarchy structure, project templates, system master data, manage IT Now Ticket user requests, and supporting Project Managers, Resource Managers, and End Users with system requests and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish strategy for PRIME / ELN tools separation for Kidneycare, working with Baxter PRIME / ELN Team.
• Liaise with Baxter PRIME / ELN Team for knowledge transfer on hosting, setting up & running the applications.
• As business owner, prepares annual budget for hosting, upkeep and maintenance of the PRIME & ELN tools.
• Liaise with PRIME vendors for periodic updates, testing and deploying to ensure security and performance goals.
• Provide system support and training to users across R&D, IT Support and R&D finance for PRIME & ELN tools.
• Maintain Project Master Data hierarchy structure as provided by R&D Finance  
• Update project hierarchy structures, project templates and manage System master data working with R&D Support Project Managers, Resource Managers and end users with System requests and trainings.
• Generate System reports for project wise spend, allocation and other compliance reports on a periodic basis.
• Manage PRIME IT Now account management and project requests   
• Provide business support for ARO PRIME IT Support.
• Provide system training for global end users on newly implemented process improvements 
• Assist project managers and resource managers with project schedule and resource assignments 
• Support Forecast and Resource Portfolio Management process, including system user training and generating and analyzing forecast reports    
• Develop and maintain business and system SOP’s   
• Provide support for GenSight account management, which includes assisting GenSight ARO Team with global  account request submissions.
• Other Gensight /PRIME system Adhoc questions & Support.
• Work closely with IT support team for resolving complaints.
• Generate inter-company billing  reports based on PRIME, for TSA driven work between Baxter and KidneyCare.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This is an individual contributor role, and will report to the PMO leader in Kidneycare.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or engineering disciple; with 5+ years’ experience.
• Expert understanding of office tools like MS-Office, MS Excel, Sharepoint .
• Experience in generating business reports
• Good understanding of database tools, and overall computer literacy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Good understanding of Project and Program Management fundamentals.
• Have a good and good business / finance acumen.
• Experience in liaising with external vendors.
