Senior Project Manager, Business Process Excellence
(Global Supply Chain, Integrated Central Planning)
Major Responsibilities
- Develops business requirements for new projects, and capabilities and redesigned processes to ensure the customer and business needs are met, interacting directly with stakeholders as required.
- Provides business insight, leadership, and direction to cross-functional teams and IT to ensure the successful prioritization, design,n and execution of key, strategic projects.
- Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Drafts and submits budget proposals; recommends subsequent budget changes where appropriate.
- Develops project plans and identifies and manages project dependencies, milestones, and critical paths using appropriate tools. Proactively manages changes in project scope. Identifies potential crises and devises contingency plans.
- Manages the project development life cycle from inception to completion, ensuring quality control at all stages.
- Provides project management oversight to ensure projects are delivered with agreed-upon functionality and are within approved timelines and budgets.
- Develops and implements communications to ensure changes are understood and implemented as planned.
- Coordinates comprehensive system testing to ensure technology changes are implemented as designed and that changes do not negatively impact any other system functionality.
- Manages people, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and associate development as required by the job.
- Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report to evaluate the efficacy of project elements.

Skills/Knowledge Required
- Thought leadership to drive business decisions balancing revenue generation, profitability, and risk management.
- Influential leadership and teamwork skills to drive effective cross-functional decision-making.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Ability to motivate and encourage staff.
- Ability to resolve conflicts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to bring projects to successful completion in a multi-BU and corporate environment.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Project Word, and Outlook skills.
- Moderate to advanced SharePoint skills to store and manage all key project-related documentation.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications/Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in Supply Chain or proven large-scale project management in complex multinational companies experience
- Agile Certification: minimum Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification: minimum Green Belt, Black Belt preferred.
- Project Management certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
