Participa, elabora y ejecuta TP, EB, IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV Y DOE Bajo la revisión y aprobación del Ingeniero. Participates, develops and executes TP, EB, IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV & DOE. Under the review and approval of the Engineer. • Propone, elabora y ejecuta cambios en Procedimientos, PM’s, HOW2 (Markups) y diferentes documentos de manufactura bajo la revisión y aprobación del Ingeniero. Proposes, elaborates and executes changes in Procedures, PM's, HOW2 (Markups) and different manufacturing documents under the review and approval of the Engineer. • Participa en actividades de procesos nuevos Participates in activities of new processes. • Seguimiento de actividades de manufactura (PSP, Kaizen, etc.) Follow-up of manufacturing activities (PSP, Kaizen, etc.) • Estima tiempos de ciclo, desarrollo y/o da seguimiento a rutas de producción. Estimates cycle times, development and / or tracks production routes. • Da soporte a técnicos de mantenimiento en el análisis, solución y seguimiento a fallas de equipo. Provides support to maintenance technicians in the analysis, solution and monitoring of equipment failures. • Verifica la adherencia de los grupos de producción a los layouts establecidos, distribución de cargas de trabajo y cumplimiento a tiempos de ciclo estándar. Verifies the adherence of the production groups to the established layouts, distribution of workloads and compliance to standard cycle times. • Participar en la planificación de proyectos a pequeña escala bajo supervisión , (costos de monitoreo, los recursos, la carga de mano de obra, etc.) Participate in project planning for small project under supervision, (monitoring costs, resources, labor load, etc.) • Diseña e implementa accesorios de producción / herramientas y equipo de inspección según sea necesario.
