You have deep knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes. You understand the importance of building relationships, establishing order, and maintaining clear communication channels. As a Operations Manager, you are a leader who is willing to listen and inspire others by your actions. Your role as a Operations Manager positions you to be directly involved in the physical production that enables Baxter to fulfill our mission to save and sustain lives. You run the line between meeting production timelines and making quality products. As a manager, you are the trusted critical connection between the business and the workers on the floor.

What you'll be doing - As our new Operations Manager, you’ll build and lead a brand-new team in a highly regulated GMP environment.

You’ll be the engine behind our operational processes, collaborating across functions, developing capacity plans, and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards.

• Leadership of day-to-day compounding operations
• Cross-functional collaboration with QA, engineering, and supply chain
• Capacity planning and resource optimization
• Continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma – we love it!)
• Budget and financial performance
• Building a strong, high-performing team from the ground up

What you'll bring

• Leadership experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices (GMP is a must!)
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
