Our Sales Support Team currently has an opening for a Specialist CPQ Development/ Business Analyst (f/m/d) based in Munich or Saalfeld.

As a CPQ Development Analyst, you are fearless in navigating processes to facilitate a product you deeply believe in. You can absorb complex procedures and data and train your team or peers if needed.

Baxter Medical Systems enables excellence in surgical procedures using modern medical technology. Our products help care teams achieve outstanding results in emergency and critical care. Digital systems are automated to allow for surgical staff and multidisciplinary care teams to work efficiently, and devices are needed to navigate processes, increase user convenience, and improve patient safety.

What you will be doing:

• Support, programming, and continuous development of quotation and sales software

• Series maintenance and product changes in software applications for product configuration

• First-level support and contact person for users of the IT tool for product configuration and analysis of errors

• Ensuring the interface to product management, development, and sales

• Support Business System for operations and Customer Service administration activities

What you will bring:

• Education in an engineering, technical or IT-related field of studies

• Experience in the industry of medical technology, automotive or aerospace is desirable

• Experience in SAP, Salesforce, IT, and product configuration is desirable

• Interest in IT an programming, knowledge common programming languages are a plus

• Self-starter

• Proficient skills in English and German (written and spoken)
